Billing questions
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, the aeotime plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at signup and pay $0 today. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you picked (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before then. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. The Agency plan has no trial and is billed when you subscribe; agencies can try aeotime on the aeotime plan first and upgrade any time.
Why do you ask for a card for the trial?+
It keeps trials to real teams — every tracked prompt costs us real AI engine fees. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling takes one click from Billing.
What counts as a prompt?+
One question you want tracked, e.g. "best CRM for a 10-person agency". Each prompt runs on every engine on your schedule; engines don't count separately.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page; changes are prorated.
Do you charge per engine or per seat?+
No. Every engine and unlimited seats are included in every paid plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major cards through Stripe. Yearly plans can also be paid by invoice on request.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
